Inspiring insights into the future of work

We attended the event “Change in Work in a Changing Economy” in Kassel - a central exchange format focusing on future skills, securing skilled workers, and the further development of the world of work. We are very pleased to have been part of this event.

Our Head of Human Resources, Theda Morgenstern, and our Head of Apprenticeship, Thorsten Ludwig, presented our company BODE and provided insights into our training department and our work with young people.  The central theme was the targeted retention of trainees throughout their entire training period. Practical approaches were shared and it was made clear how we are actively shaping change within the company and strengthening employee retention.

The exchange with experts from business, associations, and organizations opened many new perspectives for us.
