Leadership workshop at Nordhausen University of Applied Sciences

What characterises good leadership? We explored this question together with 15 motivated students from Nordhausen University of Applied Sciences. 

As part of the practical seminar for the Public Management degree programme, we held the workshop ‘Communicating well and providing guidance as future managers’.

Content that already proved its worth in our leadership programme last year formed the basis for exciting discussions, practical exercises and an open exchange:

✅ What makes good leadership?

✅ What expectations do young people have of managers?

✅ How can communication succeed in challenging situations?

We were particularly impressed by the openness and great interest shown by the students - the dialogue was enriching and we really enjoyed it.
