Shaping perspectives together – exchange on equal terms

Together with DIN – FSF, we welcomed Mr. Daniel Bettermann (SPD), Member of the German Bundestag, to BODE. We were delighted to have the opportunity for a personal exchange and were very pleased with the great interest shown in our company and our products.

The discussion focused on innovation in the railway industry, taking into account international standardization, safety, and competitiveness, as well as the central role of small and medium-sized enterprises in this context. The discussion focused on the opportunities arising from the special infrastructure fund, with which the German government will promote targeted modernization in areas such as rail transport and digitization in the coming years, as well as the particular challenges facing the railway industry as a result of increasing competition from Chinese competitors in Europe.

Especially in times of dynamic change, open and constructive dialogue between politics and business is particularly important to create practical and sustainable framework conditions.
