Our talent management program, “Access to Growth” is a key component of this effort. Through this program, we’ve identified which employees have the potential to take on more responsibility or more complex roles in the future. We help them build on their strengths, secure expertise, and lay the groundwork for forward-looking succession planning. This ensures that BODE will continue to have the right skills tomorrow.

The program complements our existing professional development offerings and is relaunched every two years to continuously open new opportunities.
