We are pleased to announce a major milestone for BODE: With the official signing on 13th of April 2026, we have formalized our joint venture with Saini Electrical Engineering Pvt. Ltd. of India.
Founded in 1975 and headquartered in Mumbai, the family-owned company with 5 decades of extensive experience in the rail transport, energy supply, and oil and gas sectors. Saini specializes in the development and manufacture of rail vehicles mission-critical products, special motors, and electrical machines, and stands out for its high level of innovation and international customer satisfaction.
The joint venture is a key pillar of our global growth strategy. It strengthens our local value creation in India, ensures regulatory compliance, and at the same time positions us as a competitive export base for international markets. In doing so, we are systematically expanding our operational footprint and scaling capabilities in one of the world’s most dynamic growth regions.
