Opening doors for the skilled workers of tomorrow.

Last week, we hosted the awards ceremony for the “Best Internship Report” student competition organized by SCHULEWIRTSCHAFT Nordhessen and were delighted to welcome numerous guests to our facility.

After the guests arrived, we began with a factory tour, during which the students gained exciting insights into our production processes and the world of door systems. Following the tour, our buffet featuring finger foods and refreshments provided an opportunity for dialogue between the school and the business community.

Our Managing Director, Thomas Giebisch, welcomed the guests and emphasized the importance of supporting young talent and career guidance. Our training manager, Thorsten Ludwig, also presented the diverse training and development opportunities available at BODE.

A special highlight was the award ceremony for the winners. The submitted internship reports impressively demonstrated how valuable practical experience is for young people’s career orientation. Congratulations to all the award winners!
